Free standard shipping - 0 SEK
For orders over 1,499 SEK we offer free standard shipping. Delivery time: 1-2 days. Trackable shipment.

Agent - 99 SEK
Delivery to your nearest representative. Delivery time: 1-2 days. Trackable shipment. You will receive an SMS and email when the package is ready for pickup.

Home delivery - 59 SEK
Convenient delivery directly to your door. Trackable shipment.

Shipping options Europe

We now deliver to the following countries in Europe: Denmark, France, Italy, Norway, Poland, Spain and Germany.

Europe Standard Shipping - Free
For orders over 2,000 SEK we offer free standard shipping to Europe. Delivery time: 5-10 working days. Trackable shipment.

Europe Express Shipping - SEK 180
Faster delivery to Europe. Delivery time: 5-7 business days. Trackable shipment. Available for all order values.

How delivery works

Order confirmation
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Packing and shipping
We will pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.
Delivery
For deliveries within Sweden: Your package will be delivered to your chosen agent or to your home within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
For deliveries to Europe: Your package will be delivered according to the selected shipping method (5-10 business days for standard, 5-7 business days for express).
Pickup (for agents)
When your package has arrived at the agent, you will receive an SMS and an email. You have 14 days to collect your package. Please bring valid identification when collecting.

Important information

Tracking: All our shipments are trackable so you always know where your package is.
Delivery time: Delivery time is calculated in working days and starts from the time the package has been shipped.
Delays: During holidays and promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Change delivery address: If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Unclaimed package: If your package is not collected within 14 days, it will be returned to us. You will then have to pay for the shipping again to have the package reshipped.
